1.Respect the check-in and check-out times. (Check-in from 3:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM)

2.Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire vacation rental and the hallway. (A cleaning fee of €250 will be charged for any violation of the smoking ban.) 

3.No candles or open flames in the apartment.

4.No pets without prior approval from the host.

5.Do not enter rooms or areas marked as private. 

6.Observe quiet hours to avoid disturbing other guests and neighbors.

7.No parties or events in the vacation rental.

8.Use the TV and music at a low volume, especially at night.

9.Report any damages or issues to the host immediately.

10.Please leave the apartment in the condition in which you found it.

11.No additional guests without prior approval from the host.

12.Wash dirty dishes and cutlery and return them clean.

13.Avoid disposing of food scraps in the sink to prevent clogs.

14.Check the stove and oven before leaving the vacation rental to ensure they are turned off.

15.Follow the use and care instructions for the technical devices in the apartment.

16.Turn off the heating when leaving the apartment.

17.Be polite and respectful to the neighbors by avoiding noise and other disturbances.

18.Follow the garbage separation and recycling guidelines to protect the environment.
